Two years ago, indicted commissioner Thomas G. Manuel defeated incumbent Bruce Maguire by a margin of 620 votes. Shamefully, 1,116 voters in that election cast NO VOTE for either candidate — more than enough to change the outcome of the contest. › Continue reading
